Since starting out at a national brokerage, Alex has worked his way from a Personal Lines Broker to becoming a Branch Manager, before then venturing into the world of Commercial Insurance. His wealth of experience in both account management, acquisition, and leadership has seen him excel in his positions and leadership roles within corporate brokers and independent brokers.

Alex took a 2 year gap from Insurance to work in the Recruitment sector which further bolstered his people skills, and used the knowledge gained when returning to the Insurance industry to develop and lead teams in the businesses he has worked within.
